Manufacturing of a Porta Storage™ System for use within Yale UniversityPORTA STORAGE™ is the leader in custom storage system design and manufacturing. We provide quality products to a number of industries. Recently, we were contracted by Yale University for a university for a Porta Storage System fabrication project.

The university provided us with specifications for their storage requirements and the space allotted for the system. We proceeded with fabrication of the system using a steel and aluminum framework, with wheels located on the top and bottom of the system for ease of use. The 10'-10" long x 8' high unit included 79 panels, mesh screening, ceiling tracks with supports, floor guides, and stop at both ends of travel.

Following fabrication, we sourced and obtained all necessary hardware, crated and shipped the unit to Yale University in Connecticut. We traveled to the customer's site to install all components of the system, check the panels for level, and tested the slides to verify proper operation.
