Manufacturing of a Porta Storage™ System for use within the Holocaust Museum

Manufacturing of a Porta Storage™ System for use within the Holocaust Museum PORTA STORAGE™ designs and fabricates custom systems for your important application. When a customer from a historical museum approached us for a Porta Storage™ System construction project, our experienced and skilled team went to work to ensure that we engineered and manufactured the perfect unit for their valuable pieces.

Our design for their historical house included a unit to house the storage system itself to safeguard all stored items from contamination. The aluminum-framework system included 9 triple section panels, 2 double section textile racks, 500 hooks for framed art, and a pitched roof with a ridge in the center. The structure was anchored to the floor with the components bolted together for stability.

Following fabrication of the 16'3" long x 12'1" high system, we crated and shipped the unit to the Holocaust Museum in Washington, DC for the installation portion of the commission. Upon installation, we verified operation of each panel and ensured the customer's satisfaction with the final product. Unsurprisingly, we had another Porta Storage satisfied customer.
